HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We signed a listing contract about 5:00pm and the house was under contract with a buyer for the listing price by 9:00pm the next day. "We had our house on the market with another company for over a year with no offers. Decided to remove the house from the market and do some updates. When we were ready to put the house back on the market we decided to list with another company...Remax with Markietta Munck. Since Markietta was a Zillow Premiere agent we gave her a call. She immediately made a suggestion that we update our entry as well so we took her advice and it made all the difference in the look of the home. It sold within a few months and we were thrilled with the results especially since it happened during the quarantine of 2020! Markietta made the closing easy as well."

You give her a description of what you’re looking for and you not be dragged around the to things that don’t meet your criteria just to make a sale.
