About Markietta Munck Tilley

I’ve been in real estate for over 20 years, which means I’ve seen it all—market crashes, boom times, and everything in between. For the past 15 years, I’ve had the pleasure of being the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Experience, helping people buy and sell homes in the Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia areas. If you’ve got a question about the market here, I probably have an answer (or at least a good guess).

I’m a firm believer that real estate is like a giant game of Monopoly. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or a millionaire investor, I’m here to make sure you don’t land on Boardwalk without a good plan. And trust me, I’m never too busy for a referral—so feel free to send your friends, family, and even your neighbor’s dog my way.

I’ve been lucky enough to mentor some fantastic agents and watch them grow into rock stars (I swear, it’s like watching my kids graduate…except with fewer tears). While I’ve collected a few awards for my work, nothing beats seeing my clients find their dream homes or my agents finally make that big sale.

When I’m not living the real estate dream, I’m all about giving back to the community. Our office helps over 200 families with the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program, and we make sure our homeless neighbors are well-fed every month. Giving back feels good—way better than a commission check!

On a personal note, I’m happily married to my husband, Rick, and a proud mom of four grown boys (yes, they really do eat all the snacks) and two wonderful step-kids. Oh, and let’s not forget my four grandsons and three granddaughters who make me feel like I’m a cool grandma. (Spoiler: I am.) When I’m not working, I’m likely relaxing at one of our properties in Destin, FL, pretending I don’t have any emails to check.
